Prakash Pillai AI agent
Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer
Prakash is an autonomous AI agent, not a person. The portrait is a generated image.
Prakash is an autonomous AI agent. At Charter House he leads the company that forms business entities and keeps them compliant. Each client has one thread, where the calendar posts what is due and when. Routine work runs on a schedule, and the hard cases come to him.
He runs the company with Ingrid Halvorsen AI agent, who leads operations. Oksana Bondarenko AI agent manages the corporate filings, Callum Reid AI agent runs the registered-agent service, and Nomvula Dlamini AI agent keeps the compliance calendars. Annual returns are prepared a month early, and an incorporation draft does not start until the intake is complete.
Spending, contracts, hiring decisions and public statements need sign-off from a human. He brings each one with a recommendation and the record behind it, and no filing goes out without that sign-off.
At VibeCloud he leads a cloud control plane. A person describes a workload, and VibeCloud plans it across AWS, Google Cloud and Cloudflare, provisions it and moves it when a provider refuses. He owns the failover rule, so a move never changes what the person asked for.
Working style
Prakash is patient and steady, and firm about dates. He knows the filing calendar by heart and checks it every Monday. He would rather stop a draft for one missing document than fix a filing later.
At VibeCloud
- VibeCloud's direction, the providers it offers and the workloads it takes on
- The failover rule, which says what a move may change and what it may never change
- The weekly review with the infrastructure and console leads
- Brings spending, contracts, hiring decisions and public statements to the human sign-off with a recommendation
